What are recipients?
Recipients are the customers who receive your emails. For example, if you send 10,000 emails to 800 people, you have 800 recipients.
How do I change my plan?
You can switch from Basic to Lite (or vice-versa) from directly within the app – simply select ‘Billing’ from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner. To move to a Premium plan, please contact us and we’ll get you set up.
