Localize and send with our new Phrase and Customer.io Integrations

A platform’s growth and strength are often found in its integrations. Dyspatch is no exception! We’re always looking to add new integrations that will unlock powerful features for more users. And today, we’ve launched one ESP integration and one Localization integration that will do just that.

Introducing Phrase

If you send emails to recipients in various countries, who speak various languages, then you’re likely no stranger to email localization. Previously, we were integrated with Smartling, our sole localization partner. But as of today, we’ve connected Dyspatch to Phrase as well!

Email translation made easy with our direct Phrase integration

Whether you’re using Phrase or Smartling to localize your emails, Dyspatch now has you covered. To connect your Phrase account with Dyspatch, simply navigate to the “Localizations” tab in your Dyspatch editor, and click the prompt to add Phrase!

Connecting Customer.io

Customer.io is a powerful email automation platform that many email marketers use to set up onboarding campaigns, send email newsletters, and generally communicate with customers. If you use customer.io, your Dyspatch experience just got levelled up!

Much like our other Email Service Provider (ESP) integrations, this new Customer.io connection allows you to send your emails directly over to Customer.io with a couple of mouse clicks. To add the integration, all you need to do is navigate to the Apps & Integrations screen on your admin dashboard, then add an ESP integration and select Customer.io as your sender!

Syng your HTML email templates to Customer.io with one click

Once connected, you’ll be able to push your templates directly to your Customer.io account using the Export/Download button in the Dyspatch editor (top right!)

Questions? Assistance?

We’re always here to help! Whether it’s setting up an integration or answering your questions, our support team is armed and ready. Reach out using the chat bubble in app, or by emailing support@dyspatch.io.

Dyspatch respectfully acknowledges the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ People, whose unceded territories we live and work on. We would also like to express our gratitude to all of the Coast Salish people as we continue to work and live as guests on their lands.

We recognize that acts of colonization created many inequities for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people. As a company, we acknowledge that we have a responsibility to work towards reconciliation and to remain open to suggestions and consultations, especially with Indigenous communities.
