Strategic Account Executive

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving new business growth across large enterprise accounts? We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive who excels at selling technical SaaS products in the email space to help shape the future of email creation for leading global brands. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on revenue growth and take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll leverage your extensive network to introduce Dyspatch to email marketing executives across various industries, understand their pain points, and outline how Dyspatch can help them achieve their goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be working autonomously while consulting with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and optimize deal velocity.

About You
- You have experience closing large contracts (ACVs of $100k+) and selling into Global 2000 organizations
- Familiarity with email marketing is essential; email-specific experience is a bonus
- You have that undefinable drive to build growth that makes you a successful AE
- You’re motivated by autonomy and building your own path
The Details
We’re based in Canada and this role is open to candidates who have valid Canadian work authorization (a SIN) and reside in Canada OR contractors based in the United States. Dyspatch is a remote company, so your location is up to you! You must be available to join daily during our core hours of 10:00 to 14:00 PT.
Canadian-based employees:
- OTE: $250,000 - 300,000 CAD with uncapped commissions
- Base: $125,000 - $150,000 CAD

US-based contract rate:
- OTE: $250,000 - 300,000 USD with uncapped commissions
- Base: $125,000 - $150,000 USD
- Generous equity and a base that takes into account private insurance premiums.
*Placement in this range will be commensurate with skills and experience.
In The First 3 Months, You’ll…
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at acquiring new enterprise clients and generating net new revenue opportunities.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Dyspatch platform to effectively communicate its value proposition and tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
- Consult with prospects to understand their marketing challenges and position Dyspatch to address these pain points.
- Regularly provide sales reports, forecasts, and key insights to the executive team, helping shape future sales strategies.
- Actively participate in industry conferences and promotional events to increase Dyspatch’s visibility and build meaningful connections.
In The First 12 Months, You’ll…
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing high-value SaaS deals.
- Execute a consultative, solution-driven sales strategy, tailoring proposals to enterprise needs.
- Manage a multi-stakeholder sales process, building long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive pipeline growth through proactive outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, ABM strategies, and more.
